Most of the pics are of a well known model trainer based in Toronto, very active on Instagram and Twitter. Seeing that he posted two days ago from Toronto and the borders being closed, doubt the guy opening the door here in NYC will be as depicted.

I was impressed by the American Idol at home format. Pretty flawless technically and the intimate performances were quite engaging.

At this very moment there are 25 guys on RentMasseur advertising as “Available Now” in NYC and another 80 available now within 1000 miles of NYC.

That’s the friggn frustration of this situation... we don’t know and for the moment are unable to find out. I may have had it early on. I was horribly sick for almost 5 days with what the doctor said was a norovirus... aka food poisoning, but could not get tested because I didn’t have enough of the symptoms. Maddening!

That’s just plain crazy.

The showers at NYSC on 32nd between 6th and 7th Aves aren’t fully open but there are no shower curtains and the cement partitions are about shoulder height. Reminds me off high school. Lots of eye balling.

Thanks for posting. I wonder if we’ll see some interesting, cutting edge scripted show formats in the near future. All the Zoom split screens remind of the 2000 movie Timecode which had 4 simultaneous frames. It’ll be interesting to see how American Idol and The Voice look next week when they go live.

Never had a mutual shower with a masseur. Back when Babylon Men’s Spa in NYC had that crazy rocket ship looking plexiglass tube rain shower, I had such fantasies. I once did ask my favorite masseur to join me, he declined. Table showers are the closest thing, and I’ve had a few hot ones. The summer of the great NYC blackout, there was a masseur in Murray Hill who offered me a cooling bath (there was no AC). He didn’t join me but he did lightly scrub and massage me more while I was soaking. Very nice, sensual and re-happy conclusion.

Just the opposite, one of my long time regular masseurs decided to get out the business all together. He’d been thinking about for some time. COVID showed up and he left the massage biz, and NYC , for good.

Thanks so much @jjkrkwood for highlighting this gem. I’d never heard of it until reading your post. Decided to check it since I love murder mysteries. Binged the first two seasons on Netflix. Great atmosphere, flawed heros, redeemed sinners. Going to pay the $20 iTunes fee to watch season 3 without commercials.
