  1. what wonderful tributes to @Epigonos! I met him at the Palm Springs gathering in 2021; there was a tribute to Daddy at David SF's home, and he spoke about being married to a woman, realizing he was gay, and what a support system this community provided for him; I was truly touched by his words; and then at the pool party we discussed deviled eggs!!
  2. Oliver, I am sorry to learn this and of your loss; please take comfort that he died peacefully and at home--no hospitals or custodial care facilities; I wish that for all of us!

how lucky you are to have this experience! just having the opportunity to feel this way, to feel alive and think about possibilities! I remember years ago having a motorcyclist who looked just like a young Subcomandante Marcos stay in my draft for 20 something miles down the freeway; when I exited, he waved, and I had that wonderful feeling; it's happened other infrequent times, but your experience brought up that sweet memory!
  5. I recognize him but cannot think of his name; do you recall, @Oliver? a real cutie!
  6. oh @mattr! you've made may day with this one!
  7. Logan Stevens; he really is a feast for the eyes!
  8. I just finished "Alec" by William di Canzio; it builds upon the E.M. Forster novel "Maurice" and tells the story of Maurice's relationship with Alec, an estate gamekeeper. It's a fairly lusty tale with a happy ending and it's one of those books that you wish wouldn't end. 9. me too! I saw it last night and thinking about the themes raised; I thought it was a good way to spend a couple of hours!
  10. he's in Tucson now
  11. I saw him when he lived in Montreal a few pre-pandemic years ago; I really like him; great massage skills and sensual; I wish he would head this way!
  12. welcome; I believe there are threads on each of these gentlemen; go ahead and try searching in the box in the upper right corner; I really like Brock--he just loves men!
  13. I had two today also; I just delete them

  15. great detective work, @azdr0710!
  16. That Teddy Torres drives me crazy; I wished I had taken the opportunity to see him in Montreal pre-pandemic!
  17. I haven't seen Jake Mitchell for 3-4 years, but I enjoyed my massages with him; doesn't look like Lance Charger's ad is up now; Carlos Bear really appeals to me; I think I'd explore that possibility if I were you!

  22. it is difficult to best the men in Milan for their stylishness; I was there in May and thoroughly enjoyed watching the cut of their suits, their sweaters over their necks and not their not wearing socks with dress shoes!
  23. A friend recommended Colm Toibin's "The Master" about Henry James and I read it while in Italy a couple of months ago, so that was fun; I am 2/3 through his "The Magician" about Thomas Mann and greatly enjoying it; Toibin, who is gay, has a way of expressing each author's interior head space (both James and Mann were attracted to men); here's a link to an article about him and his technique in the September 21, 2021, issue of The New Yorker: https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2021/09/20/how-colm-toibin-burrowed-inside-thomas-manns-head
  24. thank you, @BtmBearDad! what a delightful story!
