I’m surprised you worry about them. I have hired many, and a lot just move on. Some settle down, some know their time is up, some have kids with a wife, some get jobs in other fields, some can’t take the mental strain of porn/escorting (especially if they are straight), and they just don’t want to remember any part of this chapter of their life.
