I had good communication with him as well, but he has been a bit difficult in actually meeting. First he was traveling, then he was sick, then he was traveling again. Enjoyed the twitter but I’m not sure how long ago they were made. Wondering if he’s just pushing his social media ? I think he will perform well based on our convos, but will report back.

Wrong sir, if you look at the screenshots I posted you will see you are not correct. The 194 labeled “refund” was the money he sent me, which he immediately disputed and got back on the 3rd. Look at the dates of the disputes!

If I thought it was just a Venmo mixup, I wouldn’t have dragged him. That’s why I called Venmo to confirm. If you guys were paying attention, he had sent me a refund, then asked for it back from Venmo which is why I had to go through all this crap. But, I don’t need to rehash, and if the moderator wants to close the thread, fine with me.

Lol, oh, Venmo will still take their cut.

So, one month later, I get my money back for services that never occurred. Thank you for your “cooperation “ , go forth and scam no more.

Also, this right here, is how we regulate this business. sad part is, I would’ve given him more than that just on the tip for an overnight. i fly too many guys in to not do travel deposits…sorry, David, but I don’t think the give me your legal name, dob, etc and I’ll buy your ticket is gonna have enough takers. I’d be curious if anyone else has tried this though. I do have a couple regulars that I actually know their legal info, but I like variety. I just thought Justin was already coming so when prices or terms start changing, I see red.

It was never about the money for me. He might actually need food stamps, so I wouldn’t throw that around as an insult too hard.

@DavidNY agreed, thank you for your advice (and example) on this issue, I think that’s the right approach. I said since the beginning that I’d update you guys when this was resolved…it’s still not. I got more pissed when he not only didn’t make any effort, but actually accused ME of running the scam among some other all out completely false statements. But no, not fixed yet. Here’s the dates of the disputes so u guys can get the timeline of when it should get resolved. You can see that he sent me the deposit refund on 1/22, then immediately opened a dispute (also on 1/22). He got it refunded on Feb 3rd at which point my Venmo account goes into default. I discover he reneges the deposit refund on Feb 9, and open a dispute on the original amount, which as of this morning, is still pending. The only one who comes out on top is Venmo….i get to pay 12 bucks for the privilege of getting my money back.

Right?!?! This was the moment he lost me. Then, when I asked him to return it, he tried to get me to send him more money! “You have to buy my ticket for me bb” um, your travel itinerary in rentmen says you’ll be here tomorrow…which is the whole reason I hit you up. “Just send me 600 more dollars and I’ll be all yours tomorrow “ oh, and be sure to send it in a non-refundable form this time” I know you guys think Justin is “sweet”, but I’m telling you, this was a deliberate scam, he knows it, and he’s upset cuz he got busted on it. His response only makes it more obvious. But I guess I’ll get back to masturbating to the 18 text messages of him trying to scam more money out of me, since apparently that’s how people “warm up” to him. And maybe in Spanish “he looks just like his pics” translates to him thinking I said his pics are a decade old…but my Spanish is a little rusty. Just a big misunderstanding, huh?

You gotta be kidding me. That certainly confirms it for me. This guy ran a scam and he knows it. It’s always the sweet innocent looking ones.

Actually, no, he still hasn’t cleared things up despite his offer to “take the high road” and return the money he got for a trip he never took. Venmo account still frozen. Thank goodness I didn’t give into his insistence of sending cash in a non-disputable form. I’ll get it back eventually, but sure has been inconvenient. Lesson learned, no deposits even for escorts with a good rep. Won’t be falling for the “I’m traveling to your city tomorrow” scam again. Will definitely let you guys know when he does clear things up. Takes Venmo 3-4 weeks to resolve a dispute , so still got a bit.

No update yet. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he will not challenge the appeal, and I will hide the thread and assume it gets resolved fairly. If it doesn’t, I will make the thread visible again.
