That was my thought as well, but assume he owns the copyright to his profile picture or his RM name “JesTwink” (c?) Would the display of his RM name or the picture (which seems to happen automatically on this site when u post a link) be unfair use?

A provider recently contacted me about an inquiry thread that generated some poor reviews for him (calling him out for age shaving, mediocre service, some flakiness, bad communication, and some other foibles). I won’t go into the whole saga, but he FINALLY made a somewhat reasonable claim that the hyperlink to his RM page and imbedded ancient picture was a “copyright violation “. Laying aside that he did not provide much convincing evidence that the material is both copyrighted and that he is indeed the owner of said copyright, and his ulterior motives of silencing bad reviews, wondering if any of you see any potential for infringement? I thought it was an interesting point that this forum must have had to deal with in the past and would be good to know for future posts. *as a solution, I did request that the moderator edit the post so that only the link display without the inlining display of his profile picture. I felt that was sufficient as I think you guys are entitled to his poor reviews, even if he was able to ‘convince’ most of the posters to take them down.

I told him all that’s here is a link to the provider’s RM page, so the only info is what was posted by him, plus some “reviews” of which, he already has 109 of on his page, so not really seeing the privacy issue? This was followed by threats to stalk and interview every provider I’ve met with in an effort to get my personal information so he could harass me some more (clearly a guy who values people’s privacy!) . A real charmer indeed—bordering on bullying. I’m done commenting on my experience with the guy and his communication at this point. And honestly, have given this way more time than it deserves.

I’ve blocked him twice now and he created a third account to continue to harass and threaten. I’ve never had to block anyone before either. Just saw his profile now says he’s “25”. So still not being honest and I bet, not even close to actual age. Though, he might actually believe his own delusions based on his messages. I never even met the guy, but probably one of the worst communication I’ve ever seen from any provider. Not someone I’m interested in meeting based on this behavior, but I’m hoping it was a jealous competitor trying to take him down (although that’s a very generous benefit of the doubt)

🚩🚩🚩 This guy (or at least someone pretending to be him) sent me a client’s personal information thinking it was me in a low key threat to remove this thread. Don’t count on discretion with him.

This person I have no particular knowledge of, but I do think it looks suspicious. However, there are infamous “review accounts” that do not actually see clients but may be part of an escort agency (pimps) or exist specifically to make money off escorts paying for this service. “It’s not uncommon” is mostly from talking to dozens of escorts about how the business works. Again, this guy may be legit, I am not making any specific accusations, but I wouldn’t trust these RM reviews at all (although there are so many reasons I don’t trust Rm reviews.

It’s not uncommon for providers to pay for 5 star reviews or trade favors for them. RM reviews are worthless. You don’t have to be a millionaire to write 110 reviews, just need a membership
