So new to all this but when does one bring up what they ideally would want in a meeting with a providers? Whats appropriate or inappropriate and what method of communication is preferred?

Curious if anyone has a recent experience there seems to be two profiles so curious if MGxxl and Horsewhite is the same provider, or if horsewhite is some sort of fake. Way fewer reviews, but looks like same amazing person.
