I would say when you get priority scheduling. I can gauge that when I am able to do same day scheduling with a provider even with very short notice and never get canceled. Being a "regular" has a cash flow implication from the point of view of the provider (they will always bet on the customer who gives them sure earnings).

You got a lot going on in this list, any of these guys is a good choice IMHO. But 2 days? I get bored on the 2nd hour. LOL.
