I was disappointed. I can see how he may be a great hire and had hopes in the start; there was a lot initially to like, including his setup.
But his mind wasn't there, he left me mid-way to take a break inexplicably for several minutes, and at the end, not only didn't make up the time he was out, but also finished several minutes earlier than what was scheduled.
So, definitely an "off" experience for me.
