Unfortunately, I've found that multiple reviews on rentmen don't mean anything. Scammers often create their own accounts and give themselves multiple positive reviews. Of the five reviews for AnthonyAdams, two of them are from the same person, Drichardson. Another reviewer, DaddyDeep reviewed the same exact models as Drichardson - too much of a coincidence. And most of the reviewers joined in February 2019. I look for reviewers who have been members for several years. That's why I value this forum and rarely hire outside of those who have been determined as "real" by its members. I've already asked for a thumbs up pic from both - and there's been no response. I'm gonna pass - I trust my nose - and this smells fishy.

I just noticed that two of their pictures appear to be taken in the same gym locker room? lockers and benches are the same black and white wood finish . . . so they go to the same gym? LoL

It's a more common issue than people may think. I don't think I had an orgasm until I was 19. And then I could only do it when I was solo. I couldn't orgasm in front of another person until I was like 22. By the time I got to my mid-20s I could orgasm anytime, anywhere, and in front of anyone LoL. For me, it just took experience and time. I didn't really see a therapist or anything like that. However, there are lots of medical/physical reasons that could cause it. If I were him, I'd get checked by a medical doctor, just to make sure it's not something that could easily be remedied or worsen if left untreated. It's nice that you care about him enough to be concerned.

Arkofglast, my advice is just to relax and enjoy your time with him. There's nothing to be nervous about. If I remember, I think he enjoyed everything. I think I was probably his very first client years ago, when he was still under PlanetJockboys. First time was an hour, next time was dinner (alas Café Paradiso is no longer around in Woodley Park) and an overnight at my place and he was great.
