Puerto Vallarta 
Anthropology - not sure how they stay in business.  they are so far over and really don't have any good guys.  The past several trips I did go to check it out and it was like I was waking them up by coming in.  Was only a handful of other customers.  Used to be amazing back in the day.  Big private rooms upstairs.  No cover. Cash only bar and entertainers, anything goes. 
Wet - Love the redesign - Shower behind the bar looks awesome.  good amount of entertainers each night prob 15. Stays open late till like 3am or 4am depending on the crowd.  No cover.  Cash only for most bar or entertainers.  The bar does take cards if you pay a certain amount of buy bottle service - just not for a few drinks.  Back room 500 pesos and were large with benches.  Entertainers anything goes 1500 pesos.  They do do shows in the open in the shower behind the bar nude and on a pole in the back of the and will come pester for tips weather you watched the show or not which is annoying.  
Club 69 - Fun club.  No cover charge.  Cash only bar and entertainers.  2 levels which is cool.  Private rooms downstairs 500 pesos with padded bench and large mirror. Entertainers were 1500-2000 pesos for anything goes.  They are aggressive on their public shows and demanding tips.  half the guys are fun, half are asleep on uninterested and on their phones.  the manager gets on the PA and tells people to either tip or leave which kinda annoyed me.
B-Mine (formerly Pervert) - wow nice space.  Completely gutted the old Pervert club and renovated it.  Upon entry as you go up to the second level, if you look up you walk under a shower with a plexiglass floor and can see the guys showering above you (if someone's in there).  Club has 2 poles and multiple backrooms.  No cover charge and they *do* accept credit cards for both the bar and backroom/entertainers.  Backrooms are the nicest and there is also a suite in the basement with a hot tub and bed. Only a handful of guys, two of which were hot and did offer pretty reasonable private show fees.  
Casa Capula - Has full nude pool parties and reg pool parties.  Both feature go-go dancers who offer extra services in a side area
Tijuana
Premier Mens Club - Fun club.  Went two nights back to back.  One for their Mens Only night and one for regular night.  Mens only was cool but I felt like there was less dancers.  They do have more m4m shows with full action, and some audience interactions.  I felt the non-mens only night/regular night was better.  There was a lot more dancers and better vibe.  Probably 20 or so dancers on a long catwalk with poles at each end.  music is loud and the same beat all night.  Drag shows at like 2am.  They still open till 5 or 6am.  Mixture of seats along side the stage as well as high top tables and booths.  There is a dark room for guests and private room in the club as well.  If at any point you want to talk to the dancer or want an open floor lap dance, either signal the entertainer or tell a waiter who will get them for you. They dance and grind on you for few minutes as long your tipping.  USD is welcome here as well as Mexican Pesos. 
Private was $500 pesos for the room and varies what for the entertainer.  Private room is behind the main bar and you have to be buzzed in.  two rooms with curtain booths that have a chair and mirror.  Had some fun back there.  Club seems to be cash only.  There is a cover charge of 100 pesos. ATM is down the street at the casino or in one of the gad stations.  Be careful as Tijuana is a major strip club city for straight guys and police are known to shake people down regularly.  Uber between the border and the club and back.  It's literally 5 minutes each way but worth it.  Club has always been safe.  There is a bath house above it by the same owner with rooms to rent and hotel next door that the entertainers recommend for more in-depth shows with rooms for $40 usd.  
Mr. TJ Mens Spa / Only Boys Spa - New Mens Massage Studio for gay men. Has 12-15 masseurs working offering various massage. Sports, tantric and more.  Tantric both parties are nude and was 1400 pesos. Well run, clean and professional. Takes cards.  Had Jean-Carlos who was amazing.
 

New Misters

Sorry to go off topic but if you're reading this then you are probably planning a trip there. This is a good time to remind of their corrupt police. Common sense escaped me on my last trip. I was walking down Revolution alone at 11 PM with expensive luggage and near the arch, police stopped me and went through my luggage. Found an empty pill bottle, swiped the inside and asked if it was cocaine. It wasn't but I didn't want to spend any more of my night in a police station. They asked for $500, and I said, let's go to the police station. They came back with $200 and we settled in $100. He just took it out of my wallet.
Just take an Uber everywhere, door to door. They are cheap, $2-4 for most places in the Centro area. Keep nothing fancy on you, keep a low profile. Have fun!!!

My experience has been that on a Sunday. You still have between 12 and 20 dancers. Not as many as Friday and Saturday, but not as few as on Thursday. Luckily, the two guys. I was very interested in from the weekend. We’re both there on Sunday night. So I stayed drinking with and tipping them until past four A.M.
 
I learned the hard way that even though the Bar stays open past four A.M. (as long as there are patrons who are tipping and drinking with dancers, they stay open.), if you leave the Bar that late on a Sunday evening, expect there to be a very long line, both walking and driving across the border to return to the US. If you have Global Entry, not a problem. You can literally walk to the front of the walking line and enter immediately. I found out the hard way and stood in Line for about an hour and a half one very early Monday morning. I always carry my Global Entry card with me now!

I visited for a Turkish bath and a Tantric massage, originally quoted via instagram at 2,100 pesos following @7829V’s awesome comprehensive advice. Booking was simple—they sent me a map link and confirmed my appointment promptly. I arrived about five minutes late, which wasn’t an issue, but there was some confusion about the services and pricing when I got there. My Spanish isn’t great, so I relied on Google Translate to communicate what I wanted. Fortunately, they quoted 1,800 pesos on-site, which was even better than the original price—so no complaints there!
That said, I was surprised I had to wait for the Turkish bath area, which was occupied, especially since I had booked days in advance and kept updating them about my progress getting to the spa. While it wasn’t a high-end ambiance, Sergio was incredibly kind and patient, and we kept things lighthearted and flirty. I do wish the Instagram team had relayed the services and schedule more effectively so the start of my visit wasn’t so rocky.
We started with the Turkish bath, which turned out to be a fun and unique part of the experience. A quick tip: bring plastic flip-flops if you can. The spa lent me some Crocs, but I would’ve preferred disposable sandals for convenience. The bath itself was incredibly relaxing and a great way to break the ice with Sergio. I was covered in so many bubbles—it was fun. By the end of it, we had developed a nice rapport, making the transition to the massage feel natural. We had a nice vibe. 
The massage itself was relaxing. Based on what I’d read beforehand, I opted for soft pressure to avoid any dissatisfaction with poorly executed deep pressure. I’m glad I made that choice because the massage was more sensual, perfectly aligned with the connection we’d built during the bath. My advice? Let the session flow naturally and don’t rush it as I initially did with mutual touch. I had an amazing time, we laughed a lot about gringos and who was more of a top, and even discovered some mutual friends and a shared love for Puerto Vallarta. Getting to and from Tijuana was a bit of a challenge and I’ve done it several times. One of the crossings at San Ysidro was closed, so I recommend adding extra commute time if you’re planning a similar trip to park, walk across the border, and then uber. Uber in Tijuana was convenient and hassle-free, but leaving and reentering the U.S. was unpredictable. The line to reenter took about 45 minutes—the line was very long but moved quickly. I’m planning to get SENTRI again so I can use the expedited lanes for walking or driving next time.

My masseur, Mr. Adrian, provided good service and was generous in his approach. The massage was enjoyable, though not as deep as I’d expected; I’d rate it a B-. If you prefer more pressure, be sure to request it specifically, as the team appears accommodating. I opted for the tantric massage, which was thorough and well-executed. Mr. Adrian was generous with his body, offering MT, HE, and more. I’m confident the experience could have gone further based on how accommodating he was.

I've been there. I got a massage from Andre.  He does not match his picture. He technicay is th person in the picture but that photo suggests a more masculine dude, younger dude. Andre is a fem fashionista dude about 15 years older than what that photo looks like. 
The first thing he said when I got there was like "oh you were expecting someone else? yes that picture is very old." 
Yea he gave me extras without charging extra so I would recommend but just understand that pic is misleading.

A few months ago I tried this spa for the first time and I didn't really enjoy it which is why it took me so long to go back.  First time I didn't catch his name but based on this forum I think it might have been Cody.  I was in pain during the massage element, and not in a good way.    
Danny on the other hand was absolutely amazing.  I'm 100% going to be semi-regular there now and will be asking for Danny each time.

So I took the plunge and made an appointment with Patrick. It was incredibly relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I haven’t had a lot of massages at all, so I couldn’t tell you about the quality but I felt he had a decently firm touch and was able to massage out some knots.
