Hi, I traditionally have gone to spas when I was in grad school to save money, but for extras, the tip almost reaches the private masseur rate, so I'm thinking of moving away from the spa locations, especially given a lot of turnover and quite a few mediocre experiences lately. I'm not looking for guys who shouldn't be on Rentmasseur because they really are just Rentmen in disguise. If you have a recommendation for someone who combines some level of massage (either therapeutic or at least good quality) and whatever level of HE, MT, or play that you've experienced (YMMV understood). Because you can't cite certain things on the thread, my preference would be if you DM me with your recommendations with some specifics about what might be expected. Thanks.

I read most of these responses a few weeks ago, and I don't know if anyone mentioned this one, but twice I had masseurs sweating all over me. I've been OK with some sweat when there is vigorous massage going on. But in these two cases, the environment was cool - Quebec City and San Francisco - and the sweat felt cold and clammy. Both times, I almost ended the session early as it became too big of a distraction. I'm prone to excessive sweating so I had sympathy for both men, but it still did not feel very good.

I had a massage with Tim during one of his travel days in NYC. It was very disappointing as it felt like I was on a conveyor belt where maybe he had lined up several back-to-back sessions. I wouldn't repeat. I've been cautious about traveling masseurs ever since because I understand they want a full schedule.
