What is telling is your original post "I was going to be 15 minutes late" -- what a joke... you should have shown up, apologized, and enjoyed the 2 hours and 45 minutes, and lo and behold, there is a possibility (not a guarantee) that if you were scheduled for 6:00-9:00, he might have given you 6:15-9:15.
