These guys aren’t licensed professioals. They aren’t even certified trainers. They’re guys needing money who enter the illegal sex trade to make a quick and relatively easy dollar. And we are surprised when they take a short cut and don’t pay us back? A buddy of mine escorted on the side. I knew him well and he had shared many intimate issues of his life. Asked sheepishly to borrow $400 to go to Vegas with his friends otherwise he wouldn’t have money for the trip. Gave me his schedule to repay me based on when he got paid at his day job. Never saw a dollar and wasn’t shocked. Disappointed yes but not that surprised.

Btw to all who like classical French food but with a slightly modern take. Le Coucou in nyc is da bomb.

Not sure I totally understand but I suppose you’re referring The Mansion operated by Robuchon in Vegas? You can get as few as two courses there. Anyway it’s a great restaurant. Enjoy the old time classics gentlemen! Vive la France!

The Grill In NYC offers a sauce made with pressed duck. As st Tour d’Argent in Paris the duck is pressed tableside but it’s then done in a modern presentation with pasta.

L’Atelier Robuchon offers a la carte as well. No tasting menu required.

No one said we shouldn’t enjoy the classics. I said why are we perseverating on them to the apparent exclusion of current French dishes.

Guys forgive me but these dishes which are classics make us all sound like 90. In Paris right now it would be hard to find these relics of the past. Don’t you like more current French dishes? Like what might be served at l’Atelier de Robuchon? Let’s get out of the nursing home and go for a walk lol.

Killian was very vocal at one time almost prep shaming and touting condoms as the only approach. He gave lengthy descriptions of very undesirable side effects he listed being on prep and dismissed it. Said he stopped taking it and that condoms were the only way.
