I just watched the delightful "Searching for Allies" episode that aired on March 31, 2023. Stewart's show strikes me as refreshingly authentic and avoids pandering to the audience.

No, I don't always receive responses from providers. I generally don't try again if it was my first time contacting a prospective provider. I do follow up (e.g., one time) if the provider failed to confirm or is a no show for our meeting. I enjoy authentic and caring conversations by displaying patience and respect to others. I do not expect a provider to respond to me any quicker than I am obligated to respond to their text message.

I watched it on Netflix after viewing the trailer for "Call Me by Your Name." I'm glad that I found this beautiful film better late than never.

In my opinion, "Firing Line With Margaret Hoover" consistently threads the needle between the extremes of today's parties. The guests cover a lot of ground in just 30 minutes each week. I also enjoy the nod to William F. Buckley with clips from the original show on PBS.

Gallup reports that 86.3% Americans say they are straight or heterosexual and that bisexual identification is the most common among LGBT Americans (e.g., 57%, indicate they are bisexual, 21% are gay, 14% lesbian, 10% transgender and 4% something else.) I am surprised by the poll results given the dismissive attitudes towards bisexual males. I suspect that sexual orientation is more fluid than many believe. Time will tell as individuals are given more room to express their orientation in action and words.

I enjoyed "The Closer" when it was released on Netflix and recall watching some of Chappelle's other specials too. He smoothly delivers the laughs and offers thought provoking commentary about discrimination and reactions to his comedy.

I loved D&D as a teenager and college student. I tried to play the game with my kids but they had no interest. I never found similar RPGs as enjoyable as D&D. However, I like the idea of roleplaying in the gutter. 😁

It's great to feel that connection with a guy that leads to recurring meetings but I keep in mind that these are temporary relationships with no strings attached. Avoiding explanations, hard feelings, and awkward conversations is part of the service. I simply replied "I'm not available at this time" when I was in a similar situation.

I like to read the personal experiences and opinions of members at this site. I don't think that it is a racist comment for someone to share their personal experience growing up in an uptight conservative community and applaud the progress that has been made over the last 50 years to make it easier for everyone to be authentic today.

I am thoroughly enjoying "The Problem with Jon Stewart" on Apple TV+. The show does an effective job of highlighting controversial issues; sharing the personal stories of those impacted; and giving little wiggle room to the government officials that agree to an interview on the subject.

Maybe conversion therapy is needed pressure bisexuals to change their sexual orientation to align with homosexual norms? 🙄 I am surprised and thankful for the LGBTIQ+ social movement that has occurred over the last 50 years. It seems pointless and counterproductive to tell others how they really think, feel or should express themselves.
