This is a first post by a long-time lurker.
This forum has helped me dodge several bullets with providers that were TGTBT. So, I’m paying it forward by giving my experience with Jake’s communication skills.
A few weeks ago, I contacted Jake and we set up a rate, time and location (a hotel room he rented). The hotel was a 20 minute drive from me, so I texted 45 minutes before the meeting to confirm. No response. The next day, I reached out and asked what happened. His response was “Hi.”
A week later, I saw his profile again and thought with my little head instead of my big head. I asked if he was available that day. He replied that he had time to see me. Then, he asked for a photo and I sent it. Just like before, crickets.
Fortunately, I hired someone else and had a great experience.
