MT allowed but it didn't elicit much of a reaction on his part. Proficient massage with strong pressure and stretching and a nuru component. My back feels better than it has in a while. He is definitely on the quiet side ..not sure if that's due to shyness or language barrier but I didn't find him to be rude...just quiet. Extras were fine but maybe a bit clinical.
