I sent him an message through RM 7-8 days prior to a visit two weeks ago to NY, hoping to set up a time. I never received a response. While it seems he logs on to his RM almost daily, my message to him still shows unread. Moving on.....

The Holiday Inn Express on Water Street does not require keycards for the elevator. The problem, however, is that it's very dated.
