    I suspect this is a fairly regular practice. Unfortunate that your schedule didn't provide for flexibility, but at least he was direct. And I can't fault the logic. I once had a two hour scheduled when a provider I've met several times asked to reschedule when he got an overnight offer. I was flexible so that was fine with me. Later that day the provider the provider had the overnight guy cancel, so we met as originally scheduled.
