Brian Thompson killing: Man questioned in Pennsylvania in UnitedHealthcare CEO slaying WWW.CNBC.COM The funeral of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who was fatally shot in New York, is being held in Minnesota. Police in Altoona, Pennsylvania are questioning a man in connection with the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, NBC News reported. The man was found with a gun that is similar to the one used to kill the 50-year-old Thompson last Wednesday in New York City, a silencer, and a fake New Jersey ID, according to NBC.
