  1. Can someone make Christina go away from my television ? I am so tired of that woman and her horrible voice selling Jacuzzis (and I'm tired of the idiot customers who squeal in delight over their new bathroom). And why has she done the voice-over featuring the female dentist pushing toothpaste ? Did the dentist have a worse voice than Christina and they thought she needed Christina's voice (it is too obvious that it's a voice-over).
  2. I have never heard or read Streisand make such a 'threat' ever. I have heard her say in interviews over the past 24 years of how much she loves her home in LA and her country. Can you link to a (reliable) source where she made this statement ? I'd like to read what she had to say. Thanks !
  3. About two months ago, a young, clean-shaven cute guy joined my department at work. He's a grad student, mid- 20s doing an internhsip. We have a 'business casual' dress code, and he always wears button-down shirts which he has unbuttoned at the top - just enough to get a peak at his chest, which looks nice and hairy. Sometimes we'll take lunch together, and we sit across from each other at the table in the staff lounge and have a nice conversation (despite our 35 year age difference). I can't help staring at his hairy chest - such a welcome change on a young guy. I sometimes have to ask him to repeat himself because I'm lost in a trance thinking what I'd do to his chest if given the chance. This afternoon a friend and I went to a nice restaurant for brunch. We had a cute, sexy waiter probably in his mid-20s, as well. His uniform was khakis and a black polo shirt, once again unbuttoned to reveal his nice hairy chest. We couldn't believe our eyes. My friend said he sees more and more younger guys at the gym with hairy chests, just like 'the old days'. Can it be younger men are going back to hairy bodies and not shaving every square inch of themselves below the neck?
  4. I keep posting different zip codes in for RI and nearby MA, and the results are all over the place. This is a crazy site ! What's crazier is there was a masseur in Florida who caught my attention (nearby to MA) . In his ad he offers 60 minute massage for $299. A 90 minute massage is $300. "I think I'll go with the 60 minute session...your 90 minute session is out of my price range."
  5. Here is his current RentMassuer ad in my area: Magic_experience - Male Massage & Bodywork in Providence, RI | RentMasseur RENTMASSEUR.COM Gay Masseur Magic_experience in Providence, RI offering a wide range of massages ⭐ experienced in therapeutic, sensual, erotic, swedish, hotStone...
  6. WOW ! This is very strange. Can the two of them be one and the same ?
  7. I just gave PersonalTouch a try in my area (RI) to see what they had to offer. I put in my zip code. They gave me four masseurs 'close to me' - two in Dallas, one in San Francisco, and one in Tampa. Then I put in another RI zip code, and one came up 'near me' - Nashville. Pass.
  8. Are we talking about the same guy ? Where did he put his tongue ? (PM me if you'd rather - I'm really curious about his session with you, compared to mine). He wasn't hung at all (and we joked about the fact that both of us are growers, not 'showers'), and when he got fully erect, it wasn't that impressive. I must say he was a bit out of shape (not exactly a gym body, but that was ok) and older than what he looks like in his photos. He seems like a very nice guy, but again - didn't seem to 'at ease' on the first appointment. A very good therapeutic massage, but again - I was disappointed because I asked for erotic and he really didn't deliver (giving a HE at the end does not make the hour-long massage erotic in my book). Still for $100, I'm willing to give him another try in a week or two.
  9. It's been nearly two months and I'm thinking of going back - for $100, I'm curious to see if he's more comfortable with me the second time around, or if he's gotten better with erotic if he's had more experience doing them over two months. The funny thing is in chatting with him, we talked a lot about sex (he really opened up about himself sexually in our conversation), and it seemed we were into the same things (he also said he was gay - not bi or straight). I'll tell him more clearly I like ass and ball play during my erotic massage...and see if he listens. Has anyone else been to see him since my review ?
  10. Any info on this guy ? He's been a member of Rentmen for two years, but no reviews. Hot guy - anyone have experience with him ? 11. Bump - he's in my area now.
  12. Interesting that they really promoted the show on B'way with Ricky Martin as the star, and Elena Rogers came across as an after-thought (in most promos). I remember seeing clips of the show featuring sexy Ricky in commercials, and a glimpse of Rogers. They should have renamed the musical "Che".
  13. On one of the theater forums, people are saying that the horrid "Diana: The Musical" from the 2021-22 season looks like a work of Shakespeare compared to 'Tammy Faye'. And 'Diana' closed after 33 struggling performances.
  14. I should point out that the last (and only) B'way revival of 'Evita' was in 2012, starring Elena Roger and Ricky Martin, and it was a flop. The show opened in April, 2012 and ran for 46 weeks (ending in January, 2013). It cost investors $11M, and failed to recoup the investment. It would have had to last an additional 17 weeks to make its investment back.
  15. Rumors are flying that Ariana Grande, who wowed critics and audiences alike when she hosted SNL in October, maybe the star of the 'Evita' revival being planned by Andrew Lloyd Webber and director Jamie Lloyd for the West End next summer. If the show is a hit, they are already planning a Broadway run (which would also star Grande). It's been said Lloyd attended the SNL show when Grande was hosting, as he was in Manhattan readying his 'Sunset Boulevard' revival straight from the West End with the original stars. According to some unidentified sources, Lloyd met with Grande after the show, talked for a long time, and invited her to the opening of 'SB' a few weeks later, which she accepted. She has been back to see the show a few times, and has been seen meeting with Lloyd in various locations in the city. Speculation has been the two of them are discussing the 'Evita' revival. The rumors really flared up on different social media platforms this past week, after Grande was a guest on SNL member Bowen Yang's podcast, promoting her new movie 'Wicked'. When asked what she had lined up going forward, Grande indicated she is focusing on 'returning to the theater to star in a musical', but gave no hints or details. She mentioned she loved doing the musical '13' back in 2008 (which launched her music and acting career) when she was 15, and she thinks it's time to return to 'her roots'.
  16. Once again, I need to point out that this is the cost of being in business for oneself, especially a service business. Whether you're a provider, a hairdresser, a restaurant owner, B&B owner, mechanic, etc. - THIS is the cost of doing business. It happens to the most experienced of us and the least experienced of us. You live and hopefully learn. A friend of mine has been a mechanic for 25 years (that's how long I've been going to him), working at the same small business. This past Spring, when he turned 50, he took the plunge - invested his savings and bought the business from the owner. It's what he has wanted to do all his working life - be his own boss / business owner. The garage itself is small, and the property it sits on is small which made it more appealing, as he knew it would be easier to control his expenses. He hired a part-time mechanic to work with him through the summer, hoping to make him full time by now. He actually lost money over the summer as long-time customers who made appointments were 'no shows'. Of the half dozen or so appointments he made for each day (6 days a week) one or two would show up (those were usually new customers). The ones who didn't show up would never call, and those he could reach by phone made excuses ("I thought the appointment was next week"). He couldn't wrap his head around it - these were long-time customers of the business, he knew them well, and now they were treating him like shit. The fall hasn't been so wonderful, either. He's had many sleepless nights trying to figure out how he can make ends meet. He's going to stick it out, as he really has no other feasible choice at this point. He started to ask for a small deposit with the appointments, but no one was willing to fork over $50 - instead they promised him they'd never cancel or be a no-show (so far, not true). With a little bit of my help via my own experience, he's learned to deal with it and make the best of it. It comes with the territory.
  17. Company growth is judged by expansion - adding more locations (not replacing existing locations) is what they are looking for in their quarterly meetings. Stockholders want to hear "We're adding 10 more stores in the Boston metro area in the first quarter of 2025 to bring the total in that area to 13" - not "We're closing 3 stores in the Boston metro area, and relocating them to other locations, so we will continue to have 3 locations in Boston in the first quarter of 2025 ."
  18. It's not company growth, which is what shareholders are banking on each year. Furthermore, no one knows if these alternate locations will be profitable or not.
  19. I participated in that thread back in April ! I can't believe I forgot about it. Then again when I searched his name, nothing came up so I startred this thread. Anyhow, the previous thread was very informative - thanks everyone. I'm passing for now.
  20. So Wendy's isn't growing the chain by opening 140 new locations - it will stay stagnant. That's not good news for chain of burger restaurants, certainly not for their shareholders. They want growth and competition - not staying stagnant.

  24. He's back in my area for the week. Miraculously, he is still 27.
  25. In more devastating news for those who define this as 'fine dining', WENDY'S has announced it is shuttering 140 stores nationwide by the end of this year. These are 'under-performing stores' which have not bounced back from 2020. They have not identified* the locations as of this week. *Probably because these restaurants close them at the end of a day, when the Regional Manager unexpectedly shows up right before closing and lets the restaurant manager know everyone is out of a job as of the following day. They don't announce the closing in advance, in fear of the staff and management will not show up for future shifts.
