My experience with him wasn’t recent, maybe 5years ago, but yes he allowed that and also rimming. I’ve seen him more than a few times over the years but not lately. Takes very good care of himself physically. Very masculine. Very nice and accommodating but might come off as a little quiet/hesitant at first. Enjoys older men. He never used to ask for photos but I am guessing he just wants to make sure there is a decent connection possible. I actually feel the same way when meeting someone so I can understand.
