I may be wrong, but his pics ring a bell. I think it's the same guy who used to show up in NYC for a few weeks once or twice a year but hasn't advertised for a couple of years. I saw him twice. The massage was very good, the body beautiful, MT and HE fairly standard, all in all repeatable. Back then, he was hosting in an apartment downtown. This ad is for out calls only.

Guy in the pics is real. He runs on online personal training service. The service's instagram site is simply a set of pictures of him (and the website is illustrated with some of them, too), from which the ones in the ad were selected. The pictures I checked are all tagged from the LA area.
