Totally agree with both statements. I hired twice Jack, first many years ago when he was based in NYC and he wasn't yet "Deckard" (it was an AMAZING experience, one for the eternity!) and another during one of his NYC visits about 3-4 years ago. Less amazing than the previous, but still GREAT. Now he is even more expensive than before, also considering that he offers minimum 90 minutes. Leo was a total waste of money and time.

I think to remember that he has been coming in the not so far away past often to NYC with another guy offering separate and together services. I also think to remember that reviews were mixed, sort go general idea of a great top but little passion and a bit detached. But I can be wrong.... I have loved his pics for a while, an ideal look for me, so very interested to hear from people who hired him ( @wklucas?...) in FL or in NYC!
