You entirely miss my point. You’re equating intelligence with race and “upper circles.” Truly smart people have nothing to do with “upper circles” or with belonging to a “minority” themselves. Truly smart people are found in any social class, circles, and ethnicity. Some of the smartest people I’ve met only went to elementary school. Some of the most racist people I met consider themselves “minorities” with top universities education, even though they surely benefited from the many privileges they enjoy as WASPS. Deep intelligence and worldliness have little to do with upper circles or labels.

Although one might say that all forms of racism are ultimately a sign of human stupidity. I’ve never met a truly intelligent, worldly person who was racist.

In any case, I did speak up and called him out on his lack of professionalism, let alone any regard for a client who has always been nice and very respectful to him. It’s sad that he has soured so much so as to lose the respect he owes to his own business. He also lost his temper, yelled and even pounded his fists on the table when I called him out on his ridiculous behavior, after the massage. I kept my cool and left. Be warned and proceed with extreme caution.

I had a very similar, terrible experience a couple of years ago. I don’t remember about the coverings but might’ve been so too. No oil either. No massage technique whatsoever, got too soon into the sensual part, and ended the massage after 35 minutes. I had to ask him for more by pointing out the time.
