Way before Covid. In the mid-1980s there was a strong (political) push to close all bathhouses -- and not just in San Diego. I'm not sure if Dave's Club reopened again after that.

IMHO, the all-time best bathhouse in San Diego was Dave's Club in Ocean Beach. It was probably the oldest one and also was the first to close.

However, he merely describes and explains what he sees in each profile. He does nothing more than repeat the obvious facts, which you already knew. But he almost never has any actual experience.
