At his low rates, I say he's worth giving a try. An outcall might make a masseur feel more comfortable if he is willing to provide a more sensual experience.

My guess is that he did that deliberately for privacy sake. But the original set of photos are him and they are recently taken.

His lone client review on his profile does not sound too encouraging at all. At least he is genuine enough to let it be posted, unlike many RM providers that hide negative reviews at all costs.
