His communication was terrible and he scheduled me at the same time as someone else. We set up a later time and when I told him I was heading there he never responded to me.

I must be an outlier because I found him rude and inconsiderate. But thats just my experience.

All he told me was he couldn't see anyone else that day. He didn't offer to reschedule or any explanation beyond 'I wish you the best'.

I would like to add he got an attitude with me when I asked for availability. I'm not sure what the point of asking for photos is for if he isn't going make an attempt to schedule you.
