I've had some experience in this issue, thankfully mostly through a tenant who was imprisoned for it. "Downloaded" can mean a lot of things, including looking at, even if it's a pop-up. The actual number is relative. If someone is addicted to porn (many are) even 1500 pics could be a small percentage over a couple years. It's an easy case for the feds, 100% plea because 99.999% get convicted. Often someone is a "target" for a number of reasons. Usually 2 are charged and 1 is given a light plea to testify on the other, but child porn cases are not supposed to do this. Actual pedophilia for pre-pubescents (<13) is a mental illness and the person is usually 100% engrossed in everything having to do with children. But online in the US this can be muscular hung guys up to 18 or even 21. US is weird. Best of luck to them.

I don’t think that someone being attracted to Daddies or older man automatically clear them of also being a child molester. A person can be both, as a lot are married and have other types of relationships.

 

I don’t know what the case is here, but hopefully justice will be served and will be fair. We at least know one of the parties is guilty.

Remember him from his Splash days here, he sat w me and some buds once at Cafeteria, never been n2 gingers but he was a cutie. But STILL don't get why, if there's still a pending court appearance and it involves sex crimes he'd go back to scorting, seems kind of risky. Unless he has been tots cleared of any involvement as some suggested.

This is so odd (not that it is not true). A person can be married at 18 in most, if not all, of the states here. Actually most states have ages less than 18. So to have arrests for porn FOR AGES 18 or above seems odd.

The age of consent to have sex with someone is usually 16 in most US states. But to film them nude under 18 is a 10-year federal prison sentence. Bizarre.

 

I'm pretty sure federal porn laws require records the person is 18. But some state laws have higher ages.

 

It all goes back to the US not understanding pedophilia as a disease of attraction to pre-pubescent children, usually under 13. A 6'5 huge muscle guy with a 10" dong who's 17 is not pedophilia, even though in California it's always underage sex and serious statutory rape or a 10-year Federal porn crime for even looking at it ("possession" of child pornography).

What other article are you referring to? According to the court docket, Blu and his boyfriend are due back in court on June 27th and the case is still pending. Maybe there is a new development in the case that you found and I did not but if you research the case further and the learn the evidence seized from both men, I don’t think you would be looking for a meeting to see if you “have chemistry” until he is exonerated of all charges. I do not mean any disrespect at all and this is just my opinion but I take a hard stance against child pornography as do you.

I couldn’t find anything on Blu today but noticed his boyfriend Billy Lockhart now has a Change of Plea hearing on 7/18/18. Previously, they both entered a plea of Not Guilty.
