Recording Streaming Audio to your PC

I am looking for recommendations on how to record streaming audio to my PC that I might later want to copy to CD. ‘PC World’ magazine recommends Replay Radio ($50) as one option. Have any of the computer experts out there had any experience with this particular program? Also, does anyone know of any other alternatives or have any other suggestions? I would be interested in a program that could be set to record when I am not home. I would assume that there are a number products out there in various price categories from which to choose.

JT - That was my first impulse, but I thought that this forum being on top might catch the eye of some of the more computer savvy guys that post here.
