He is a typical college student looking to make extra cash. I am a bit under the weather this weekend. I told him that I would give him a call later in the week. I just bought lunch. I would not pay hourly rate for a lunch meeting. It is against the rules. If I am paying hourly rate, I would have skipped the lunch. I can think of other things a provider can eat on the clock.
