But it would seem to me to be validly within the rules to post a partial URL. :-)

 

For example, http://www.mypicsite.com/mypic (jpg)

 

would provide enough info for people who wanted to see the pic by entering the rest of the URL manually.

Ultimately it's Daddy's decision but I would think an incomplete URL would be OK. I don't think the posting of an incomplete URL would fall under secondary producer.
