Lucky's post re: Barry got me to thinking about M4M: where it's been, the various ups and downs over the years, the questions that have been swirling about it for close to nine months now, and where it might go.

In a nutshell, what is it that you'd like to see happen at M4M over, say, the next year or two? What do you want to be able to take away from M4M? Are there things you'd really like see changed? New features you really would like to see added? Policies that drive you mad? Or that you want added? Things you'd really like to say to the management or the owners of the site?

If possible, it would be great if this thread could be a kind of brainstorming session, where all ideas have merit and no ideas are considered stupid. Sometimes the best ideas come from discussions that start with some crazy idea thrown out by someone.

Also, there are more lurkers than posters here, by far, and we hardly ever hear from most of them. But I'd like to ask them to consider posting an opinion on this thread, too.

I already spoke my peace and the people who control this site only want what is best for them. Getting rid of all the older reviews for escorts is a huge disservice to us as clients. They were a way for a client to get a much better feeling about what an escort was really like. The reviews are supposedly THE reason for M4M, yet the majority have disappeared. There were more than a few posters who agreed and we all got the same "canned" email from the management. Want to make it a better site and more valuable again, then put the old reviews back on the site. Or maybe that is not their hope, to increase the value of this site.

BRAVO!!!

I agree and have also sent Daddy messages about this issue and got the canned response. Not having access to ALL the reviews detracts from the utility of the site and makes it much less useful to the clients. It’s not fair to the escorts either when the majority if not all of their reviews just disappear.

I see no point in posting any ideas of any kind. For those who were not around then, I will mention that Boston Guy started a thread to suggest changes in the way this site is operated less than a year ago, if I recall the time correctly. Many people contributed ideas of various kinds. Daddy promised that their ideas would be considered and that those thought to have merit would be implemented. Needless to say, nothing changed -- meaning, I suppose, that he concluded that none of the ideas posted had any merit. I think we should assume that the result will be the same this time. So go ahead and vent if you wish, but don't kid yourself (or let BG kid you) into thinking anything will come of it.

Getting rid of the older reviews was NOT a good thing. It most definitely reduces the value of the site, which is primarily one of RESEARCH. If all the data are not there it becomes impossible to properly examine all the necessary information.

Sure, this site may concern itself with diversion and gratification… However, THE DIVERSION WE SEEK INVOLVES BIG BUCKS… a mistake in hiring can be a very expensive and costly error. Consequently, it is the duty of the powers that be to correct this egregious error pronto…

At a time when other sites are expanding exponentially, I don’t think space is a problem. I can see deleting info on escorts who are retired or have not been reviewed in a certain number of years, but if a guy is still active we should be privy to as many facts as possible. After all, space has been found for worthless one-sentence reviews of late, while many verbose useful reviews languish in limbo…

I have noticed a reduction in the quantity and quality of the posts recently… could this be part of the reason… I am sure there are other reasons as well… SPEAK UP GUYS!

In retrospect, I think that at the rate it’s going this site is doomed, in which case it will probably slowly wither and die… Shoot! The reviews that are posted are not even in alphabetical order! This makes it confusing if you are looking to check out a particular individual… Don’t the "powers that be" know how to use the “sort” button? Just another subtle indication of a lack of effort and interest that has resulted in the downward spiral that the site is experiencing… I'm sure guys that who use the review section only and don't actively participate in the message center are already turned off by what has been happening of late... and are migrating elsewhere...

In a posting earlier in this thread I advised all you guys out there to speak up… it probably will be in vain… but it also may be your last chance…
