I remember on the American version of QAF that Brian once hired a Justin look-a-like.

 

More recently Cyrus on "Scandal" hired and then married and divorced an escort.

 

And now on the soap "Days of Our Lives" a gay male escort was introduced today. Sonny thinks it's someone he met online but it is a set-up by a business rival.

 

And over the years there have been escorts on the various Law & Order series.
