There's been a few instances lately where I've sent a massage on rentmen and gotten a reply and then my subsequent messages go not only without a reply but unread. It has happened three consecutive times within the last few weeks, so it begs to ask the question:

Escorts on rentmen, do replies to original email show up in your inbox as new messages? Or do you get that many emails that it's hard to reply to them all? Do you even bother with reading them at all?

I don't think I've been blocked since I can see all the profiles in question when I'm logged in.

Is this a rentmen messaging issue, or something else?

Thanks!

RM emails copies of every message to my email inbox, so I don’t actually need to log into RM inbox to read my messages. So the messages can show up as “unread” on RM even tho I read the messages long ago in my email inbox.

Yes, we do get so many emails that it can be difficult to reply to them all. But we especially get a lot of time-wasting emails that just don’t seem worth responding to. If you’re finding that escorts are dropping contact with you consistently, it might very well be that you’re making mistakes in communication and coming off as tho you’re not serious about booking.

Be sure to read the escort’s ad and/or website carefully to make sure a different method of contact isn’t specified. For example, I do answer RM messages sometimes, but my serious clients contact me via email, hence that method of contact is much more likely to successfully get my attention. My website clearly says to contact me via email, so anyone who messages me on RM obviously didn’t read my website, which is a shady foot to start off on when contacting me. I expect potential clients to read my website before contacting me and those who don’t are typically time-wasters/window-shoppers. I might respond to an initial RM message in a friendly manner, but I’m often testing someone to see how they will respond further, and an unimpressive 2nd response would likely go unanswered by me.

Best of luck improving your communications! XOXO
