I feel like you mix Colon Blow and Quarry cereal and you'd be all set.

Top it off with some Shimmer and you have a delicious breakfast. But keep that can close by...just in case.

I think the oxygenated colon claims are dubious at best

It does, however, work without bloating. It's been my go-to cleanse pill for awhile now.
