Never heard of this guy. It looks like a catfish of an Instagram "model" to be honest. Seems like BP is essentially useless for finding providers.

There are several ads this week on BP Phoenix with guys who look similar. Reminds me of the traveling pack of hustlers (previously well reviewed in the Forum) who would usually come out of Atlanta or the Carolinas and stay a couple of days in major cities while making a national tour. They would also advertise on RM as well but people caught on pretty fast to their shake down methods. This might be a reincarnation of that mode or maybe something new.
