i recently noticed that I can’t access the classic view for the escort section in planet Romeo and the new view called Hunqz is terrible. Anyone figure out a way to access the old list or am I out of luck? Thanks.

unfortunately there is no way. I sent a note/complaint about the new format to their customer service. This was the reply:

Hi there,

 

We really appreciate your feedback! We will collect all the feedback we receive and evaluate/incorporate all of the best things to make HUNQZ even better for you.

 

For now, you need to change location, to find Escorts in a specific locations, like Lille, Brussels or Rotterdam.

 

We work already on the Travel Icon on top, the world symbol, where you can in future search escorts on different locations, without changing own location.

 

In the meantime, we’ve put together a quick FAQ to help you through the current Escorts to HUNQZ transition.

 

Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions:

 

Q: Can I still use the old 'Classic' website for Escorts?

A: We’re sorry to say that we’ve moved all Escort functions to the new HUNQZ section of the new PLANETROMEO website. When you click any of the Escort links on the old Classic website you will be transferred to the new website where all Escort features are found in the new Escort/HUNQZ section where you see the Q icon in the top menu (in the menu on mobile devices.)

 

Except for Escorts/HUNQZ, you can still use the Classic website for your Romeo profile, but for the best overall experience we suggest using the new PLANETROMEO website.

 

Q: How does it all work on the new website?

A: We’ve tried to make things as easy as possible using icons (pictograms), so in most cases all you have to do is move your mouse over an icon in the top menu and a tip will pop up letting you know what that icon is for. A couple exceptions are the filters, settings and username search.

 

● Filters - you will find under the slider icon in the upper-left corner (it looks like two vertical sliding levers on a mixing board).

● Settings - you will find under your mini profile pic in the upper-right corner (a menu will open where you can find all settings).

● Username Search - you will find to the left of your mini profile pic and it looks like a magnifying glass.

● If you ever get lost just click the PLANETROMEO logo in the upper-left corner and it will bring you back to the main screen.

 

Q: How do I search for Escorts/HUNQZ on the new site?

A: Click the Q icon in the top menu and you’re in the HUNQZ section. Once you’re in there, you can choose to see HUNQZ by categories like NEW (fresh new faces), DISTANCE (closest by to farthest away), INTERESTS (massage, tops, versatile, companionship, etc.), and POPULAR DESTINATIONS (Berlin, Paris, London, Amsterdam, and several more.) If you know an escort’s profile name, use the magnifying glass as described above and type the name in the box provided.

 

Q: How do I search for a HUNQ by location?

A: If you’re looking for a HUNQ that is in a different location than where your profile is currently located, you will need to change your location to the location where you want to find the Hunq.

 

Q: Where are my Escort Favorites?

A: On the new website you will find all of your Favorites (Contacts and HUNQZ) by clicking the chat bubble icon in the top menu - second icon from the left. Click ‘Contacts’ and All of your saved contacts are displayed. You can also choose to see only HUNQZ by clicking ‘All’ then choose the ‘HUNQZ’ category.

 

Q: Where did all my Escort Guestbook entries go?

A: Guestbook entries have been reintroduced as Reviews and imported to the HUNQZ profile where you left it. If you have left multiple entries for a Hunq, only your last entry for that Hunq was imported, and can be found in the ‘Reviews’ section of their profile. Guestbook entries for Romeos have not been introduced at this time.

 

We realize that it may take a little getting used to the new site, but we’re convinced that once you do, you’ll love the new features and functionality.
