Once you click on your avatar pic (I think you need to click it twice?) a box opens that says browse, which will allow you to select pics you have already saved to your computer to add as your avatar. You click the browse and it will take you to the file on your pc that was created with your pics, and you simply select the one you want and click OK..... Voilla !
