I've seen comments on some threads that clients thought their repeated reviews of an escort's RM page may have caused the escort to block them. I'm a premium RM member and more than once I have watched videos and the semi-private pages of escorts I admire. Do those escorts know the number of times I review their pages? I hope not!

That's entirely up to you. On your dashboard there is a toggle switch for 'Profile Visibility'. It shows up as either a green tick (sorry, check mark) [your visits will show up on their profile] or a red cross [your visit will go unnoticed].
