Although I (justifiably ?) ripped at mocha in the "ask an escort" section just a short while ago, I suppose that I'm in a bit of a combative mood this morning.....saying "wanting this" instead of "wanting him" seems a tad degrading / dehumanizing way of expressing yourself toward the guy......if I'm being too picky though, apologies extended....i admit - i often think of my hires as a piece of meat....i try not to say it out loud .....(i'm fine with letting your "preset / present" typo slide however)......regard the object of your desire.....hot guy....however, i dislike ads with "mixed" or "other" in the ethnicity profile that then don't provide more specifics in the ad copy itself....for general info, ethnicity is one question that i like being told & not needing to ask for clarification about.....it's not about ethnicity being a decisive factor in my hiring - it's simply basic info that I prefer having the guy provide in his ad to me......simply stating "other" in the profile & dropping the matter with that seems incomplete to me.
