The first time I met him, he was great. You can read my review at https://daddysreviews.com/cruise/2018-02-09/warren_parker_portland. However, the second we met, he was super high (just weed) and spaced out - he really should have not charged me - but I paid and later complained and got 50% back. When I told him I wouldn't need his services anymore, he started attacking my integrity which made no sense at all.. So he's great but not always dependably so.

Ok, newbie here. First, I didn't know it was a review because I thought I was replying to a thread on here. So, it's a hard lesson to learn about these cut throat rules..so I'm going to go be bitter and listen to some sad Carpenter's tunes (...rainy days and mondays always get me down....)
