Manuel Visiting DC (from NY)

There was an earlier thread asking about him, but no one responded with information. I saw that this cutie was visiting DC and jumped on that grenade. Big mistake. Cute face, but the body is half the size as the pics. The English language is a challenge for him. He says that he is Ukrainian/Japanese mix (with the name Manuel?...that he couldn't pronounce).

 

When setting up the session, you think that you are talking to Manuel...but it is a handler. I had coordinated one type of session, yet Manuel didn't understand what he was supposed to deliver. After 20mins of repetitive motions and a half of a bottle of baby oil, I called it quits. In his defense, he did try to get me to explain to him what I wanted. However, the language barrier was too big a gap to jump.
