I've used Amazon for a while now and havent had any issues. I've had everything from groceries to a chester freezer to a futon delivered. Maybe I'm just lucky?

I should clarify that Amazon itself is not the problem. It is Amazon's own delivery service that I have issues with. When they ship UPS or USPS they are just fine.
