Actually, that’s not what he says....

 

What he says is.....“Nothing can compare having a huge muscular guy doing a massage.”

 

He’s clearly not a huge muscular guy....so maybe he’s saying he can’t be compared to that?

Safe to say he's indeed from "Beloruss" and that he wrote it himself.
