I made a search for this subject on Google. The results I got were from some time ago. There were cards that can be bought from adult shops that can be used to pay for adult site subscriptions.

One from 2000 shows the Porn Debit Card from Card Trak.

Are there any more of these cards available these days?

Why aren’t standard prepaid debit/credit cards accepted for payment at porn sites?

This usually involves the level of identification verification required by the payment processor in order to prevent fraudulent transactions since adult sites are considered part of the high risk group. Some prepaid cards fulfill those requirements while others do not.

I think there’s more to this than just ID verification. Prepaid phone cards and store gift cards can be purchased without any ID verification and yet they can be used to make secure purchases and payments for services.

I wish there was a porn service that operates like iTunes. I’ve been using store bought iTunes cards to purchase apps and music for my “other” identity that has no connection whatsoever to any of my personal accounts.

The lack of ID verification at purchase is precisely why some of these cards are not accepted. If you do not present ID at the point of purchase or at the point of registration (or you don't register the card) there is no way to validate the authenticity of the transaction. Also, many of the adult sites use processors that are based outside of the US while many prepaid cards do not allow foreign transactions.

Bitcoin is still a lot MORE anonymous than other types of electronic transactions.

And it works very well for payment to adult websites.

It's confusing to learn how to set up and use at first, but once you've got the basics down it's actually very simple and convenient.

I'm happy to see that I can pay for my rentmen ad without much hassle using bitcoin. It's a much more attractive offer to me than using a bank card.

Personally, I've collected Amazon gift cards over the last year for premium snapchat subscriptions and Skype sessions since I'm living in India and most of my fans are in the USA. Amazon.com gift cards aren't usable in India, only in the USA. I was able to convert my excess Amazon.com balance to Bitcoin using Purse.IO, and now I have an easy way to pay for adult website memberships without involving any type of bank account or credit card.

There's still a "trail" involved with Bitcoin, but its a lot more heavily coded and difficult for other people to follow.
