A Prince Albert is one of the most common genital piercings. If you're the top with the piercing, don't engage in anal sex until the piercing is completely fully healed. The top should not use a piercing with sharp edges because tissues in the rectum are very delicate. A traditional ring or spherical barbell are probably best. Lube is always your friend for anal sex.

 

A good friend of mine from many years ago has a PA. His wife loved it and he was pretty damn kinky after his military service. Unless it's new, it shouldn't be an issue. The wound will epithelialize and there won't be an open sore.
