Saw it at OutFest. Harris Dickinson earned his pay. He owned that role. How a young actor does that well is really something.

Looking forward to his upcoming role. I'd like to see the movie again. It is good. However, it may not suit everyone.

I watched it for the 2nd time this afternoon, and am convinced it plays better to a straight, under 35 hipster audience, cinephiles that might enjoy the dark, erotic tone of it, how the movie peers under the rock of this guys life and finds some squiggly, creepy (for them) stuff.

 

A couple of the erotic scenes are pretty darn hot, worthy of a slow motion re-check.

 

I understand how a gay audience would write this one off.

But also, I can see why it won a directing award at Sundance. I'm glad I gave it second chance.

Just caught it on Hulu. Liked it, but didn’t particularly care for the ending.

 

Harris is stunningly beautiful, and was terrific in the role.

This +1 sums it up for me
