Yes-testes aren't necessary for an orgasm. It might not feel quite as good-I know the more volume I can squirt out, usually the better it feels-but who knows?

aren't sperm only a couple of percent of ejaculate by volume? I thought the prostate produces the vast majority of the fluid.

Yes most of our ejaculate is from the prostate not the testicles -- (think of guys who have had vasectomies - they cum but shoot blanks)
