On last night's L&O:SVU a man was castrated but survived. He still had his penis. The doctor said with plastic surgery and testosterone he would be okay.

My question is - he won't be able to produce semen but can he have an erection? Can he have a "dry" orgasm like prepubescent boy?

Yes-testes aren't necessary for an orgasm. It might not feel quite as good-I know the more volume I can squirt out, usually the better it feels-but who knows?

And you forget. He still has his prostate. So he'll still have some fluid there-just like a guy whose had a vasectomy.

Yes most of our ejaculate is from the prostate not the testicles -- (think of guys who have had vasectomies - they cum but shoot blanks)

I played once with a hot looking guy in his 3os - lost both testicles due to an accident -- still got rock hard (had a nice cock) and shot a load -- just no sperm in his cum.

Would have enjoyed running into him again but road side play can be so hit and miss.
