I find the lack of thinking this one through astounding. A reasonably intelligent person is going to ask, if he looks alike, and he's cropping the face out anyway, why wouldn't he use pics of himself. It just doesn't make a good impression, but I guess it works often enough...

OK, this ad is a fake, the real guy who's in the pictures is having a good laugh on his twitter about fakers using his pics.
