There's also Kabuki Hot Springs in Japantown (10 min from USq)--though it's not a gay bath house per se, it has a gay vibe. Men's Spa Days are Mon, Thu, Sat. It's a super-clean environment and very relaxing: Hot pool, cold plunge, Steam and Sauna. They offer massage as well with male and female practictioners.

 

If you're in the South Bay, the Watergarden is worth checking out--it's a gay bath house (not a spa). But it has a great outdoor pool and large hot tub. There's always a few hot guys lounging by the pool or steaming up the steam room:}

I doubt any legit spa around Union Sq will have gay masseur blatantly offering HE. If it happens it happens.
